Garden Fete
The Mary Potter wing for the aged sick will benefit by about £2500 as a result of the annual garden fete held at Calvary Hospital on Saturday. This amount is about £350 more than was raised last year. About 3000 persons attended the function, which was organised by the Auxiliary of the Mary Potter wing. Most stalls had sold out of stock when the fete ended at 5 p.m.
