Cottage Sold For £1050
A four-roomed cottage on a section of 14 perches at 7 Devon street, Sydenham, was sold for £lO5O at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr L. W. Aitken.
The sale was held by Tonks, Norton and Company, which has sold a house at 31 Buckleys road, Linwood, by private treaty. The property was passed in when offered at auction.
