Move Against Presents
(Special Crspdt. N.Z P.AJ SYDNEY, Nov. 24. The Melbourne police have asked parents and teachers to discourage children from giving each other Christmas presents at school. They said the traditional practice was largely to blame for a wave of juvenile shoplifting in early December last year.
