Parera Delayed 11 Days Because the master of the Richardson Line’s coastal motor vessel Parera has refused to sign on a seaman who offered himself for selection as a crew member at Lyttelton, the vessel, which has been loaded and otherwise fully manned since November 11, has still not sailed. Other men have been available, but the crew will not take the vessel to sea unless this particular man is accepted. The Lyttelton agent of the Federated Seamen’s Unions, Mr T. A.
