Change At Wigram
Wing Commander R, A. Mackinder (right) will assume command of the Royal New Zealand Air Force base at Wigram on January 16. He will succeed Wing Commander G. H. S. Tosland, who will become the base commander at Obakea. Wing Commander Mackin-
der held the latter post until his new appointment He was previously the commanding officer of the flying wing at Wigram. Before his appointment to command Wigram in October, 1965, Wing Commander Tosland was the officer commanding the ground training wing at the base.
