MILKY PROTEST.—Japanese farmers pouring their milk into a river to protest against the low prices offered by milk dealers in Omagari, north of Tokyo. More than 3000 quarts of milk were dumped over the bridge by the angry dairymen. Dairy farmers in other regions were agreeable to the price.
