Holy Hal Not For Sale

Mr Rodgers had been asked to comment on a suggestion that a substantial five-figure offer had been made for the colt after he had won at Addington Raceway on Saturday. “Nobody made any offer,” he said, “I don’t think many would have enough money to buy him even if he was for sale.” Holy Hal’s racing would be aimed at having him on the limit for the next New Zealand Cup, said Mr Rodgers.
