REFUSAL TO SERVE

A conscientious objector, Mr William White, said today he was unable to compromise with his conscience and would continue to disobey an Army order to report for National Service training. Mr White today waited at bis suburban Gladesville home this morning for a telegram that the Minister for the Army, Mr John Fraser, said would “remind him to report to the Army.” ; Mr White received the teleigram today.
