To Head Polish Consulate
(N.Z. Press Association)
WELLINGTON, Nov. 21
The head of the first Polish Consulate since pre-war days, Mr Jan Cedzynski, arrived in Wellington today. Although the Vice-Consul came to New Zealand several months ago to help establish the consulate, Mr Cedzynski, as Consul-General, is the only Polish Consulate representative officially recognised in New Zealand.
Before arriving with his wife and daughter Mr Cedzynski was manager of a foreign exporting and importing firm in Poland.
