Sections Sold
Seven sections were sold .for £11,200 when eight sections in Kimber place, Spreydon, were offered at a public auction on Saturday morning. Prices ranged from £1550 to £1650. One section was passed in at £1525, its reserve being £1550. The sections were sold on account of Mrs C. M. Blogg by Binns, Barber, and Keenan. Mr E. G. Keenan was the auctioneer. All the sections have highpressure water and underground wiring, and are on the sewer. None of 14 sections io a subdivision at Greenpark street, and Sparks road. Spreydon, was sold. Some of these sections, which ranged from 24 perches to 40 perches, have stream boundaries. Bids from £lO5O to £1625 were not acceptable to the vendors, Mr and Mrs H. Morgan. The auctioneer was Mr J. N. Allan, of Allan, Sheppard, and Smith, Ltd.
