Shots Fired In House
Several shots were fired through the wall of a house at Sheffield about 8.30 p.m. yesterday. The Darfield police were called and police with dogs left Christchurch for Sheffield. Constable P. Larmer arrested a man about 9 p.m., and brought him to the Central Police Station. He will appear in the Magistrate's Court today on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a firearm.
