New Prison Aid Officer
Mr A. E. Stoop has been appointed field officer-organi-ser of the Prisoners’ Aid and Rehabilitation Society of Canterbury and Westland in place of Mr H. M. McDonald, the society’s first field officer, who is returning to the North Island. At a recent meeting of the society, Mr McDonald was thanked for his work by the president of the society (Mr E. R. Clark) and representatives from the Christchurch prison and probation officers.
