JAMES 7149 MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER AMENDING BUILDING BY-LAW Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Herbert County Council held on the twenty-first day of October, 1966, it was resolved to amend the Building By-law. 1946. The purpose of the proposed amendment to this By-law is to repeal Clause No. 16. which sets out the scale of fees payable for building permits and to adopt a new schedule of fees payable for building permits. Public Notice is given that the Resolution making the said amendment to this By-law is to be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order by the Council at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the sixteenth day of December. 1966. at the Council Chambers, Purau.
