Toheroa Rules Broken (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 11. Thirty-seven persons were fined a total of £517 10s by Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., today on charges of breaches of the Toheroa Regulations.
Court costs totalled £7O 10s and solicitors’ fees another £9B 14s.
The prosecutions were conducted by Mr E. R. Winkel, of the Crown Law Office, for the Marine Department. One man who pleaded guilty to four breaches was fined a total of £7O. Another was fined £6O for two breaches.
