IN OXFORD TEAM
Honour For J. S. Baird
J. S. Baird, the former Canterbury representative Rugby forward, who has taken up his Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University this year,
played his first game for Oxford last week against Gloucester. The Oxford team is captained by T. P. Bedford, the South African loose forward who toured New Zealand in 1965 but played in only one match after being injured in the Wellington game.
