CONTROL OF DOGS
New By-Law In Malvern A by-law to aid in the control of dogs was passed by a special meeting of the Malvern County Council. The need for the by-law had been mentioned by the hydatids committee, said the County Clerk (Mr B. W. Perrin.) The by-law provided for the impounding of wandering dogs, and stipulated that dogs in the townships must be on leads.
