ry Z P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 6. The feud between Mr Harold Wilson and the Conservative Party Leader, Mr Edward Heath, w'hich flared up in the House of Commons last week, continued to smoulder outside Parliament over the week-end.
Speaking at Harrogate, Yorkshire, yesterday, Mr Heath said the Labour Government had used the House of Commons “with disdain and contempt” to cover up “their ignorance and incompe“tence.
“After all the merry japes in the Commons last week there has been a deadly silence on the problems that face the nation,” Mr Heath said.
Thant's Future. —U Thant is expected to announce his retirement as Secretary-Gen-eral of the United Nations as effective from the end of this General Assembly, unless there is a clear move toward peace in Vietnam, according to the “New York Times.”— New York, November 6.
