Offered on account of the estate of Eugenie Annie Moore, a weatherboard house at 5 Roxburgh street, Beckenham, was passed in at £3350 at public auction. The auctioneer was Mr D. C. Sheppard. The house has three bedrooms, living-room, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. There is also a garage on a section of 24 perches. The rates are £33 10s 4d.
