PRO-PEKING CONGRESS
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright/ VIENNA, Nov. 1. The biggest assembly yet of pro-Peking Communist parties and splinter groups has gathered in Tirana for the Albanian Communist Party’s fifth congress which opens today.
The Soviet Union and its principal allies in the ideological quarrel with China are not attending, but a delegation is representing Rumania which has declined to' take sides in the dispute.
Coalminers Die.—Three Japanese coalminers were killed and three others were injured in an explosion at a coalmine in Japan's northern island of Hokkaido early today. Officials at the Pombetsu mine in Central Hokkaido said 13 others were listed as missing.—Tokyo, November 1.
