Mr B. F. Anderson, of Christchurch, has been reelected president of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, and Mr J. A. Valentine, of Dunedin, has been re-elect-ed vice-president. Mr G. J. C. Clark (of Christchurch) has been admitted to the Incorporated Institute of Accountants of New Zealand as an associate member.
Mr A. S. Farrar, vice-presi-I dent of the Christchurch Returned Services’ Association, is one of two New Zealand R.S.A. representatives to be invited to attend a Vietnam National Day celebration on October 30 and a convention after. The invitation is from the Vietnam War Veterans’ Association in Saigon. i Captain I. F. Forsyth. R.N.Z.1.R., has been appointed New Zealand liaison officer to the United Nations Command at Seoul. Korea. He replaces Squadron Leader P. Rule, of the R.N.Z.A.F. Captain Forsyth will leave New Zealand at the end of the month with the rank of major. Before his appointment he was area officer of the South Military District’s Area 10.
