Two Cottages Sold
Two vacant cottages on 31.9 perches at 54 and 58 Durham street, Sydenham, were sold for £2600 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr Denys Chapman. The land is zoned deferred industrial B.
The initial bid was £2OOO. There were five bids of £lOO, one of £5O, and two of £25. A section of 26 perches, zoned light industrial, at 23 Talfourd place, Waltham, was passed in at £3700 The auctioneer was Mr L. W. Aitken.
