SUNDAY PLAY DECISION
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND
The Auckland Cricket Association will definitely favour Sunday play in Plunket Shield matches, with the normal playing hours of II a.m. until 6 p.m. They will also recommend that play be extended from three days to four. Support for the moves, to be discussed at the next meeting of the New Zealand Cricket Council. was confirmed at a senior management committee meeting of the Auckland association last evening.
