The poisoning is being done now and will continue in constant use until March 31, 1967. The poisons to be used are Monofluoracetic Acid or 1080 and Cyanide. The poisoning will be in charge of I. E. Secretary. 8702 JET BOAT RALLY THE Annual Jet Boat Rally will be held on the Walmakariri river, from the Main North rd. bridge (about 10 miles north of Christchurch) this year on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22, 1966 if weather or river conditions are unsuitable, it will be postponed until Monday, October 24, 1966. First boat starts at 9.30 a.m., followed by a field of over 60 Jet Boats.
