Car Presented To Woman
A car was presented to Mrs A. Thorpe, of 34 Ebony street, Christchurch, yesterday afternoon.
It was first prize in a New Zealand-wide competition organised by Beauty Counsel lors of New Zealand, Ltd., a cosmetics firm affiliated to Ovation International. It was presented to Mrs Thorpe by the Christchurch manager of the organisation (Mr P. F. Springford).
