To control to a height of 4 feet growth of trees, shrubs etc., at rural intersections where it is considered that such growth is likely to cause an obstruction to the visibility of motorists. 2. To require the owners of three or more cats or three or more dogs in urban areas of the county, including the Prebbleton and Templeton townships. to apply to the council for a licence to keep such cats or dogs. 3 To control the dumping of rubbish on land controlled by the council.
