HOUSE BY ERROR?

'.V Z. Press Association’ WELLINGTON, Oct. 11

Seven years ago a Hamilton couple bought a section at Belmont, Lower Hutt.

Now there is an unoccupied house on the section, but who owns it is anyone's guess. The couple does not, although they still own the land.

They came to Wellington to investigate after getting a letter recently from an insurance com-

pany. They found the house there.

Now they have placed the matter in the hands of their solicitors.

An official of the company building the house said this afternoon he was surprised to learn the owner of the section had no knowledge the house was being erected.

As he understood the circumstances the house was, in fact, being built | for the section’s owner.
