Trophies For Gymkhana
(N Z. Press Assn—Copyright) SYDNEY. Trophies valued at 1500 dollars will be competed for at the first Sunday trotting gym khana at Harold Park on Octo ber 30. After the initdal meeting, Sunday gymkhanas wild be held each month. They will raise funds for the Benevolent Society of New South Wales, which controls the Royal Hospital for Women and other institutions. Among the trophies for the first meeting wild be sulkies, harness and hopples, vacuum cleaners, Christmas food hamp ers and clothing. Wives and families of winning owners and drivers will also receive small gifts. Child ren will be given ice cream and balloons. Programmes wi'U be on sale and a lucky programme could bring its owner gifts of up to 100 dollars. Admission will be 20 cents (nr adults and there will be a park ing fee of 20 cents for cars Children will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult.
