‘Most Hated Nation’

The United States had become the most hated nation in the world because of the Vietnam War, the World Council of Churches co-presi-dent, Pastor Martin Niemoller, said yesterday. The visiting German pastor said the world must drop the old idea of “power ideology” which had lasted for thousands of years. “Mankind has reached the point where power will devour its own children only. We must build towards a future in brotherhood,” he said.
