Loughnan Esq., Solicitor for the Applicant whose address for service is 176 Hereford street, Christchurch. 5558 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953 WAIMAIRI COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 35 of the above Act, and of Regulation 32 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, Clifford John Voice, mechanic, and Jack Alfred Simson Mackenzie, salesman, both of Christchurch, give notice that they have applied to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board for its consent to a specified departure from the provisions of the above Scheme so far as It affects the land at 81 Briggs road, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan No. 17825, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title Volume 645 Folios 78 and 79. The applicants ask that such land be permitted to be used, with consent, for the operation, in the building now existing on the said land, of a Commercial Garage for running repairs to motor vehicles with a floor space of less than 1200 square feet to be used for repair work.
