The applicants ask that such land be permitted to be used, with consent, for the operation, in the building now existing on the said land, of a Commercial Garage for running repairs to motor vehicles with a floor space of less than 1200 square feet to be used for repair work. Alterations will be carried out to the salt, existing building to make it suitable for the proposed use. No panel beating or spray painting will be undertaken on the site.
