Francis, of Paraparaumu, won the national final of a teen-age driving competition this afternoon with 459 points out of a possible 545. Ten points behind was R. Blee, aged 16, of Invercargill. Miss R. Jackson, aged 17, of Levin, was judged the best girl driver.
