OBSCENE LANGUAGE
Youth Fined £lO On a charge of using obscene language, Terence Keith Jackson, aged 17, a drainlayer's labourer, was fined £lO when he appeared before Messrs J. S. Hawker and W. E. McGavick, Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate's Court on Saturday. He pleaded guilty. Sergeant V. F. Townshend said the police were called to quieten a noisy party in Bowhill road at 12-15 a.m. that day. As they were leaving Jackson used obscene language.
