Resignation In Bonn
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) BONN, Sept. 16. Chancellor Ludwig Erhard’s right-hand man, Dr Ludger Westrick, today offered his resignation from the troubled West German Government. Dr Westrick, a Special Affairs Minister with Cabinet rank, runs the Chancellery. Previously he was Permanent Secretary of State to the Chancellor. A brief Government statement said the offer was to make the Chancellor’s work easier in deciding on any Cabinet changes at a date suitable to him.
