Floods Recede In Laos
(N Z P A-Reuter—Copyright) VIENTIANE, Sept. 16. Floodwaters receded yesterday from Vientiane, the Laos administrative capital, leaving a swathe of destruction and a death toll of at least 30. The northern part of Vientiane was worst hit by the flood which began on August 29. The rice crip in the Vientiane plain was destroyed.
