Kindergarten Planned
A committee to examine the establishment of a free kindergarten in Northcote and to investigate means of raising money for it, was formed at a public meeting in the Northcote School on Wednesday night. The committee included 25 members, was named the Northcote Establishment Committee of the Christchurch Free Kindergarten Association. It was the forty-second such committee in the Christ-
