Local Health Studios Introduce Original Sauna Room To Ch. Ch.

This Finnish Sauna Room is proving popular with the members of the local health studios. The Finnish Sauna Room is one of the many services given by the Health Studios in this city.

The Sauna room is the same type which is used throughout Europe, Finland and the world today. It has been claimed that people born in Scandinavian countries enjoy a longer life span than most other people throughout the world. This could most certainly be attributed to the fact that most Scandinavian families always enjoy a real Sauna. Silhouette American Health Studios’ manager, Mr Con Stricke, stated: “Our Sauna room is lined with Redwood to give the correct temperature retainment, and operates at a temperature retainment of around 180 deg. But at this temperature it is not uncomfortable as the humidity is as low as one per cent.” COMPLETELY STERILISED “At this temperature,” explained Mr Stricke “the room

is completely sterilised and the amount of healthy sweating induced is immense. The treatment starts gradually with five-minute periods and increases accordingly to as long a time as desired. Of course, this must be within reason.” LOSES 101 b IN 30 MIN. When asked if the Sauna helps to reduce weight besides ridding the body of toxic poisons. Mr Strick said: “It is possible to lose up to 10 pounds in half an hour in the type of Finnish Sauna now being used at Silhouette American Health Studios.” He also added: “The side benefits are unbelieveable. This Sauna relieves the pain and agony of rheumatism, sciatica, lumbago, arthritis, etc., by sweating out of the body the acid content which has deposited around the joints and limbs making them swollen and sore. It also rids

the body of toxic poisons, which, unless released are reabsorbed with drastic impairment of general health and well-being. “With the regular use of the Sauna in our studios you will gain the correct elasticity of the skin and then the skin does its job properly.
