Still Without Full Crew
(N.Z. Press Association, AUCKLAND, Sept. 11. The Kaimanawa is still tied up in port short of eight able seamen, an ordinary seaman, a deck boy, and four engineroom men. Seamen will not work her because of what they say are poor living conditions.
