Tivo Houses Sold
A stone house with a slate roof at 232 Opawa road, Opawa, was sold for £2200 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Harry Nuttridge by Mr N. H. McCrostie.
The house has a livingroom, three bedrooms, a kitchendinette, and a bathroom. There is also a garage on the section of one rood 21.6 perches.
A three-bedroomed house on a section of 24.5 perches, zoned residential B, at 52 Ham road, was passed in at £4500. The auctioneer was Mr C. Blackett.
A house at 1 Gayhurst road, Dallington, has been sold by private treaty by Mr F. G. Drewery, acting in conjunction with Mr E. G. Keenan. The property was passed in at £3600 when offered at auction on Tuesday.
