A SOUTH VIETNAMESE BABY being carried by a South Vietnamese ranger from a tunnel where he and his mother were trapped by a grenade blast. The rangers, who were searching for Viet Cong in the Mekong delta about 140 miles south-west of Saigon, had lobbed the grenade into the tunnel. The mother and child, who had been hiding in terror at the end of the tunnel, were not hurt.
