The New Zealand Rugby Union, to ensure that ths All Black team for the fourth test follows Its policy of assembling on the Wednesday before the test, will not allow any member of the team to play In matches on September 7. The chairman of the council (Mr T. C. Morrison) said yesterday that the problems faced at Christchurch, when four players did not .arrive until Thursday, would not be repeated. Three matches—CanterburyOtago. at Christchurch. South-land-Taranakl, at Invercargill, and Wellington-Wanganui at Wanganui—could be affected. Test players who could have been involved in those matches are K. F. Gray, M. W. Wllllment, G. F. Kember, L. J. Davis, A. G. Steel, C. R. Laidlaw, E. J. Hewlett and J. Major—almost half the side.
