I27S THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT. 1953 WAIMAIRI COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 35 of the above Act and of Regulation 32 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, W. J. Turner Family Partnership gives notice that it has applied to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board for its consent to a specified departure from the provisions of the above scheme so far as it. affects the land at 19 to 23 Memorial avenue. The applicant asks that the land at 19 to 23 Memorial avenue be permitted to be used, with consent, for a mall type shopping centre with landscaped car park Any persons or body objecting to or supporting the proposals set out in the application or desiring tn vary them is required to submit his or Its arguments in writing to the County Clerk, Walmairi County Council, not later than Thursday, the 15th day of September, 1966.
