Mr Clarence Oswald Cooray has been appointed High Commissioner for Ceylon to New Zealand. He succeeds Major-General Anton Muttukumaru, who recently completed his tour of duty. Mr Cooray will also be accredited to Australia and he will live in Canberra.—(P.A.) Dr. A. D. Muir, a Christchurch dermatologist, has been awarded a senior medical fellowship in London by the Association of Commonwealth Universities, and will leave for Britain in May next year. He will also attend an international meeting of dermatologists in Munich at the end of July.
