Tennis Singles To B. Fairlie
(N.Z P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) SCARBOROUGH. (Yorkshire). The New Zealander. B. E. Fairlie, had one of the best wins in his career on Saturday when he beat B. Singh, of India. 7-5, 6-3 in the final of the men's singles in the North of England lawn tennis championships. On Friday, Fairlie beat Dhawan, of India, 6-4, 6-4, to move into the finals. Singh qualified by beating New Zealand's 0. Parun, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4.
