Wormaid Bros. — Wormaid Brothers Industries (N.Z.), Auckland-based maker of fire protection and industrial safety equipment, is to pay a final 7 per cent. ordinary dividend, making 11 per cent for the year against 10 per cent last year. It will be paid on September 22, ex dividend September 12.
