Net Profit £146,393 (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. Net profit of Hume Industries (N.Z.), Wellingtonbased concrete and steel pipe maker, was £146,393 in the year to June 30, after £184,325 depreciation and £119,000 tax. Ordinary final dividend is 6 per cent- This, together with the 4 per cent interim and the special interim dividend of £Bl,OOO declared on December 22 last year and June 16 this year from profits earned up to June 30, 1964, is equivalent to 20.8 per cent on ordinary issued capital. Transfer books will be closed from September 26 to October 5; ex dividend September 26.
