PUBLIC NOTICES CHRISTCHURCH-LYTTELTON ROAD TUNNEL AUTHORITY BY-LAW 1964 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on the 27th day of July. 1966. the ChristchurchLyttelton Road Tunnel Authority resolved to enact an amendment to the above By-iaw to be known and to be cited as the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority By-Law 1964. Amendment No. 2 The object or purport of the said amendment is:— (1) To vary the rate of certain of the vehicle and goods tolls payable under the By-Law (2) To define "laden weight" for the purposes of the said by-law. (3) To amend the conditions upon which a licence to operate a vehicle through the Tunnel without being obliged to pay the prescribed toil at the time of Cassing through the toll arrier may be granted (4) To extend the power of the Authority in its enforcement of the conditions of such licence as aforesaid. FURTHER PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that the said resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the Authority to be heid at he offices of the Authority. Bridle Path road. ROAD CLASSIFICATION NOTICE Road Classification in the Borough of Lyttelton NOTICE is hereby given that the Lyttelton Borough Council proposes to apply to the Commissioner of Transport to approve the classification of the following roads as herein Indicated. Any person objecting to the proposal is called on to lodge notice in writing before September 8, 1966, of his objection and of the ground thereof at the office of the Council, the address of which is Sumner road, Lyttelton. Roads proposed to be classified in Class One available for use thereon of heavy motor vehicles is specified in the table below: Norwich quay, from Oxford street to Gladstone quay.
