W.E.A. Course On Wines
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 15. The Workers’ Educational Association’s spring programme In Wellington will include, for the first time, a six-lecture course on wine-making in the home. The course, to begin In early September, will cover the basic principles of fermentation and will give a detailed description of wine-making, bottling, maturing and serving.
