Chinese leaders under Mao Tse-tung have affirmed faith In the correctness of their foreign policy and ruled out any compromise with the “scabs” of the Kremlin. A communique setting out Chinese policy was issued by the central committee of the Communist Party yesterday after a 12-day plenary session, the first for four years. It was presided over byChairman Mao, aged 72. “There is no middle road whatsoever in the struggle between Marxism-Leninism and modern revisionism,” the communique said, referring to Chinese and Soviet policies.
