Trial Delayed As Judge Sick

Press Assn. —Copyright) SYDNEY, August 15 The trial of a youth charged with shooting at and wounding the Australian Opposition Labour Party Leader, Mr Arthur Calwell, did not begin today as scheduled. The Chief Justice of New South Wales, Sir Leslie Herron, who was to have presided at the trial, is confined to bed with influenza.
