Certificate In Commerce

WELLINGTON, Aug. 15. The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) has given the Technicians’ Certification Authority power to set up an i executive committee to assist iin prescribing a course for a certificate in commerce. He said the committee of nine members would include the chairman of the authority, the Director of Technical Education and a representative of the Technical Education Association.
