Resignation By Chairman
(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) SYDNEY, August 11. Mr C. A. Gray has resigned as chairman and a director of Preject Development Corporation Ltd., and its subsidiaries. Mr B. H. Smith has been appointed chairman in -his place. Love Construction.—Recommended annual ordinary dividend of Love Construction, Dunedin, building contractor, is 5 per cent, against 6 per cent last year. It will be paid on August 16.—(P.A.)
